While I don't know if it's on the net: from BioCatalog 
(http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biocat/biocat.html) lists elmo at nrcbsa.bio.nrc as the 
contact person for SETOR.  If anyone knows of availability, I would expect 
that person to.
