Surgery Education Software Reccomendations wanted

Hi-

I'm looking for software which simulates surgical processes - heart
surgery, etc. 

I'm trying to find good packages for both general and specific references
for educational purposes. It doesn't matter much what platform it is on.
It would be nice for the simpler & more general packages to be on PCs or
Macs. It is no problem if the more intense & specific packages are on unix
or other platforms.

Any reccomendations would be appreciated!
