SGI port of GDE wanted

Take a look at Tim Littlejohn's megagopher server that has
GDE binaries and other GDE info, at
  URL: gopher://megasun.bch.umontreal.ca:70/11/GDE
(there is probably a parallel http server if you prefer).

As an alternate to GDE, the SeqPup sequence editor also
is available for SGI computers (at iubio.bio.indiana.edu server,
in the molbio/seqpup/ folder).
