Densitometric analysis on the Mac

Greetings,

I'm in dire need of densitometric software (Macintosh) for analysis of
autoradiograms (primarily Southern blots). I have an HP flat-bed scanner
and software to create TIFF files but am unsure if Image (NIH) can be for
this type of analysis.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
