looking for a program that locates PEST sequences

I've had a local request for this also -- at the time I could not find
any software other than the commercial PC Gene program to do this,
nor any accessible algorithms that I could turn into a program.
If anyone would like to dig up PEST searching algorithms that
I could turn into software, I'd be happy to add this to seqpup.
