New Entrez & Clever executables for OpenVMS, OSF/1, Ultrix

New executables for the Network version of the NCBI Entrez application
are available for the following platforms:

          OpenVMS 6.1 (VAX and AXP), Multinet TCP/IP suite
          OSF/1 v2.0
          Ultrix 4.3

Users of Wollongong Pathway and Digital's UCX see the ** note below.

Refer to the appropriate "111README" file on "colsa.unh.edu" in the
/entrez subdirectory for downloading and configuration instructions.

Versions of the command-line driven Entrez derivative, CLEVER, are also
available. Same server, directory "clever", see "README_VERSION_3.02".
