DNA analysis software for Windows ??

Dear sirs, we are looking for a program of DNA and protein sequence
analysis
that could run in DOS/Windows. We have IBI and PCgene but they only run in
DOS and they will not be windows compatible in the near future. Does anyone
know about such a program? Thanks.
