Simultaneous curve fits

Hi

Anyone know a way I can fit a curve simultaneously to multiple sets of data
? We usually use Kaleidagraph, but this can only fit one column of data at a
time. 

(I want to fit a titration curve to data from several probes simultaneously
to get a single pKa value)
