The same group headed by Arthur Toga have a CD out published by Academic 
Press. The journal title is Neuroimage and the Issue is Vol 1 No.4 Nov 
1994. This is not a 3 D file but it has brain slices in three planes.

A good hypercard based electronic atlas was produced by Miles Corp. The 
author was from Uni. Geogia. Production date 1992/3. Write to Miles 
Corp, makers of Nimotop.
