Does a shareware sequence aligning program for the Mac exist?
About all I have found is SeqApp and Clustal which aren't all that great.
Are there any commercial packages for less than $500.
My boss is under the dillusioned impression that aligning programs are just given
away. Just because someone at another institution had PCGenie on their machine, she
can't understand why I don't have something similar.
I keep telling her IT'S CALLED MONEY! They have it, we don't!
Anyway, any adice on finding such a program would be greatly appreciated.
