BIOSTAT for PC's????

Recently, I have read a paper by Dr. R.A. Pimentel on technigues in 
multivariate statistics.  In the paper he refers to a multivariate program called
"BIOSTAT II".  If anyone has information on where I can find Dr. Pimentel
(e-mail address) or BIOSTAT II, I would be appreciate it.  

Note: I have tried www and gopher searches for Dr. Pimentel and BIOSTAT II
with no results.
