Cheap pedigree & plasmid drawing windows software ?

Hello !

Does anybody know where I could find some *cheap* windows software
that will:

- Draw and print nice circular plasmids (Richard Timmer mentions "Clone 
manager 4 Windows" which sounds like the right thing, but I wouldn't call it 
cheap.)

- manage pedigree's (a bit like pedraw but under windows...one can always 
dream, eh ?)
