I'm looking for software that can help me predict secondary RNA structure. I've seen referances to MFOLD in papers, and I saw a post about RNADraw. Does anyone know where I can find such an animal? Commercial or shareware? What platform do they run on? I'd appreciate any info, Thanks, AL-G.
