Postscript files into Windows

Look for Ghostscript for Windows. It is a postscript decoder that can read
a postscript file for a printer that is captured in a file. Once you have
it decoded, you can cut and paste the image into whatever you want to in
windows. I don't remember where I ftp'd it from, but look for 'gswin' on
archie.
