Ion-Channel Modelling?

Hello,

does anyone know of a program (a set of c++ sources would be even 
better) that models ion-channels by a markov-approach (as in Colquhon 
and Hawkes: The Q-Matrix-Cookbook in the new edition of Single Channel 
Recording by Sakman and Neher). I would need it for the Mac (that's one 
of the reasons I would like to have source code: to port it. The other 
one of course is that I'd like to know, what's going on.)
