mRNA databank

[Rajendra Joshi]

Hi,
	Can anyone tell whether there is any databank or compilation of 
sequences of mRNA  and their half-life/stability. I need them for some
analysis. I need information on all species.
I remember there was some report in Nucl.Acids.Res.
