WANTED: software to import irregular address database fields

Is there a PC software package available of the following:

receiving a database file input in ASCII format, which has up to 5
lines of an address file.

Problem:  various fields in address file could be out of normal
sequence.  

Example:  Line 1 = city, state, zip
          Line 2 = name
          Line 3 = company name
          Line 4 = street

Is there a software package smart enough to search for street field,
then city, state, zip fields, no matter which order then were
originally in ?????
