Any Programm to create 3d animation by microscopic pic's

NIH Image can do this in by calculating projections at successive
rotations and then animating the projections.  Depending on your data and
preprocessing, this can be surprisingly powerful.  If you want real voxel
manipulation and rendering, a good page to start at is the Reconstruction
