program to find peptides for given HLA type?

Dear collegues,

I am working in the field of tumour immunology and have to find out which
peptides from any given protein (e.g. tyrosinase) might best fit to the
groove of a desired HLA molecule (e.g. HLA-A2).

Is there anywhere a server where I could perform this tests or can I
download a program and the HLA groove determining database?
