Repost of PIC Program announcement, with apologies

This is a re-post of the PIC program announcement because yours truly left off 
the file name.  My apologies.

PIC is a Windows based program that computes PIC and Heterozygosity values 
for DNA markers.  The software is available for download from the SimTel 
repository at:  http://www.acs.oakland.edu/oak/SimTel/win3/biology.html
The name of the program is PIC11.ZIP.  There!  I got it right this time.
You will also need a copy of PKUNZIP.EXE which can be obtained from:
ftp://ftp.pkware.com/pub/pkware/  
then download the self extracting file: PKZ204G.EXE.
