Gene Inspector Software Info?

I recently received a printed blurb regarding a software program call gene
Inspector.

It seems to be some sort of electronic notebook for organizing molecular
sequence data of various sorts.

I would aprreciate comments from anyone who has used the program it to
either useful or useless (or in between).
