FASTA version 3.0t (threaded) available

	A new version of fasta30t (fasta30t2.shar.Z) is now available
from ftp://ftp.virginia.edu/pub/fasta.

This version fixes some serious bugs that were found in earlier
versions.  In addition, although the earlier version was supposed to
link in the accelerated (by Phil Green) Smith-Waterman code, it did
not.  This version does.

Please feel free to inform me of bugs as soon as you find them.
