how to compare two or more dendrograms generated by 
different methods of cluster analysis done on the same experimental data 
set? 
Where to learn more about resampling techniques (bootstrapping), about 
measures for goodness-of-fit of particular tree to data set?

 Any journal references and software suggestions much appreciated!
