Chromas 1.11 - now supports SCF v3.00

Hi,

Woops! I thought the latest version of SCF was 2.00. Chromas 1.11 now 
supports SCF 3.00, and also features zooming in on the Y-axis.

If you missed my first post: Chromas is a Windows program which displays 
and prints ABI and SCF sequencing chromatograms, and edits the basecalls.
