Searching for Merlot or Elbow programs

Hi:

Does anybody know about the programs ELBOW or MERLOT that calculates 
the elbow angle between the constant and variable superdomains of 
Fab's of immunoglobulins. 
Additionally these programs calculate the rotational and translational 
operations to superimpose VH to VL (I expect that!).
