Vised 1.1

As I announced previously, vised 1.1 is available from the IUBIO archive
Unfortunately, the file I uploaded to IUBIO is missing an essential
component, bwcc.dll.  So if you have tried to run the program and it didn't
work, it was my fault.  I will make yet another announcement as soon as 
a corrected version is available.  I appologize for any inconvenience my
error may have caused.
