software for complementation analysis

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know of software (preferably Mac) for handling large amounts 
of data from complementation tests?  I am doing the tests in bite-sized
chunks of 6 or 7 lines vs each other at a time.  Putting the data
together on Excel is a headache.  Paper and pen is a headache too.  Any
suggestions (especially for a clever way of using Excel or Filemaker Pro
will be very gratefully received.
