Has anyone used Clone Manager 4.0 for windows?

I have used Clone Manager (DOS version) for many years.  Clone Manager 4.0 for 
windows is now available, but costs $400 for a single use license.  Has anyone 
used this program?  Is it worth it?  Are ther any other similar programs out 
there with perhaps a lower cost?  Platform: IBM-PC running Win95
