Blast2 - MSPcrunch

Hello,

I thought I'd ask here before I get my perl fingers out.

Has anyone got a script to parse blast2 output into MSPcrunch output? I
realise you can't have exact MSPcrunch output as we're now dealing with
gapped alignments but something that converts all that nasty multi-line
alignment output into something  more friendly would be appreciated.
