Plasmid drawing programs on PC

Gidday!!!

	I'm looking for a program that draws a plasmid on a PC and which genes,
RE sites, MCS, etc. can be put on the plasmid.  I've used MacPlasmid
before which suits me quite well but I need something on the PC.  If
anyone knows I'll appreciate letting me know.
