Program DYNAFIT (analysis and simulation of kinetic data) homepage
http://biokin.com/dynafit.htm was updated.  Please note that DYNAFIT now
automatically determines confidence intervals for rate constants.  Just
use two questions marks instead of one:

  [mechanism]
    E + S <===>  ES    :   k1   k2
    ES ---> E + P      :   k3

  [rate constants]
    k1 = 100, k2 = 10 ??, k3 = 1 ??

One question mark means "determine the best-fit value".  Two question
marks means "determine also 68% confidence interval" by a systematic
search in the parameter space.
