If you would download ClustalW from somewhere in ebi.ac.uk and GeneDoc
from  http://www.cris.com/~ketchup/genedoc.shtml, you should be in
business. You might also need BBSeq (contact bbabb at medmicro.cuct.ac.za).
ClustalW is a DOS program but the others are windows..... I have been
using all of them for over 1.5 years---very good programs.  most of the
others I have are dos-types.
