The Bioinformatics Template Library (BTL)

Dear all,

I would like to announce a new release (2.0) of the Bioinformatics
Template Library. This library is written in C++ and follows the
standard and style of the C++ Standard Template Library. The intent is
to provide generic software components specifically designed for use in
bioinformatics and molecular modelling. Please see

Any feedback would be most welcome.
