My MS Dos 6.22 Startupdisk doesn't boot

I've got the MS DOS 6.22(3 Disks). Normaly you can boot from the first one.
I can't. Under Win 95 or DOS the first Disk can be read. It just can't boot.
But the startup files (command.com, msdos.sys and io.sys) are there. I think
they are damaged.
Can anyone say me where these files can be found or send me these files
(maybe via ISDN datatransfer)?
