fasta31t11 released

	The latest version of the fasta program package, fasta31t11,
is available from:

	ftp://ftp.virginia.edu/pub/fasta/fasta31t11.shar.Z

This version corrects some problems with prss3 estimates, a problem
with -m 10 output introduced with fasta31, a problem reading
GCG-compressed format DNA databases, and some largely cosmetic
problems with the histogram.
