Free sequence conversion software?

This is a nice and very useful program; however, (at least on Windows)
the command to start the Java ReadSeq should be:

java -cp readseq.jar app

Please execute this command in the folder where readseq.jar is located.

If time permits, I'll have an updated readseq that does
feature table and documentation conversions (among genbank
embl and xml variants) next week. Keep tuned in here, or
peek at

ps., this version is written in java, so will run on any
java-capable os.
