DIALIGN 2.1 available

Release 2.1 of the DIALIGN multiple alignment program is now available.

The new version of the program produces the same alignments as the
previous version 2.0 but is a lot faster. For large data sets, the
running time was improved by up to two orders of magnitude.

In addition, there are some more options available for output format,
sequence clustering methods etc.

DIALIGN can be used online and binaries for LINUX, SUN, DEC/ALPHA and
SGI can be downloaded at the DIALIGN home page:
