Genehunter tutorials?

Thanks, but I'm looking for something other than a list of the program's command parameters.  For
instance, the on-line docs tell you how to set the variance components command, but they don't explain
what it is, and why I should care.  There is liturature for LINKAGE that does this sort of thing, and I
was hoping to find something similar for Genehunter.
