phrapview installation?

Hi,

I'm trying to install phrapview on our machine (a SUN under solaris
2.6). As far as I can see all other programms (phred/phrap/consed) are
running only phrapview refuses to work :(

What version of perl, Tk, Tcl and which modules do I have to install?
And where can I get it?
