TM Helix graphical output

Hello,

This may be an old question, so sorry in advance:

I've seen pictures of transmembrane proteins which were presented as
pearls on a string for the TM segments and loops for the
cytoplasmic/extracellular domains. What program does that, and where can
i get it?
