Why not try DNATools?

This program includes nearly all trivial functions for dna and protein
analysis and can be used free of charge (but then requires registration
every four months. A full license is US$100).

The program supports clustalw and x, blast mail, blast client and  formatdb
and connects directly to GeneDoc. Contains facilities for direct mail
ordering and management of primers. Also includes a full set of functions
for EST project management and for SAGE analysis plus a lot more...
