Hello netters, 


Does anyone know of a primer design/analysis program that starts from more then one protein/DNA sequence. I'm thinking of a software able to performe alignments and primer design for PCR on most conserved regions.
I already tested CODEHOP and GENEFISHER.

Is there something better or different in the net?
