Hi!

Does anybody knows of a computer program (PC prefferred) that will
allow me to run BLAST searches with several entries at a time (several
sequences or several GeneBank entries "Accession number or GI") in an
Organism specific manner?. The programs that I have seen (blastcl3,
DnaTools ) don't let me specify the organism.

I truly appreciate any replies.
