Does anyone know why the web site hasn't been updated in two years?

They published a database schema for microarray related experiments.  It
seems a little more complex than the one at NCBI's Gene Expression Omnibus
(GEO) schema.  Is the only large public database is in GEO format at NCBI,
or is there another public database in GATC format?
