ADE-4 for windows... who can use it?

I've just download ADE-4 for windows but I can't untderstand how to
use it because a lot of docs are in French and other aren't available
for downloading.
I have to perform a PCA starting from a correlation matrix previously
obtained with other tools in Excel. And now I have to import my datas
in ADE-4 but I just can't do it... Which kind of files ADE-4 works
with? If I have to import a txt file how should I tabulate it (meaning
spaces, commas...)?
Help me please!
