Hello, and thanks for reading this message,

I was wondering if there are any programs other tham EH+ (or EH) for
the analysis of LD in human genetic data.

I know there is a plethora of progams in the vein of TDT, but I'm
interseted in looking at LD between markers in a group of individuals,
no need to distinguish between cases and controls etc. etc.
