Does anyone know where I might find algorithms for designing oligonucleotides? Specifically, I'm looking for algorithms that will do an analysis of melting temperature, hairpin formation, dimerization, and any other relevant characteristics for an oligonucleotide. Or, even better, does anyone have Perl subroutines that will do the above? Thanks, Charlie
