Can anyone direct me to a database of protein motifs that I can download? Or, more specifically, is there some place where a search engine of motifs is already in place? For example, I would like a list of "protease recognition" motifs. Does such a search engine already exist? If not, I'm assuming I could write a script to search the aforementioned database.
