Dear dnatools users,

A new function, Blast Search Local MDB, has been added to dnatools. This
function allows you to
search (all five blast variants) with all sequences contained in the
current project (1 - >10,000) against
multiple local databases. The output for each database/sequence is
stored in a separate section of  the
sequence headers.
