Blast GI

Hi,

I'am using BLAST Alias file to run BLAST on several database, and I want
to use a gi-list but I hardly found documentation about this, so if
somebody could give me some tips, I'll be pleased...

I give here an example of my alias file

#Alias file created Thu May  10 15:58:00 2001
#
#
TITLE test
#
DBLIST sprot swissnew
#
#GILIST
#
#OIDLIST
#

What I want to do, is to use the GILIST field, in order to scan only a
part of my database but I never found any doc explaining this list
syntax .
So, please help !
